Poster Presentations- audits – all topics in pathology (not confined to topics above)

Submission for Trainee Symposium will be by abstract submission- closing date for which will be Friday 29th  September 2017. Late submissions cannot be accepted.  Receipt of abstract will be acknowledged by a receipt email. Confirmation  regarding acceptance will be sent by email to the submitting author no later than Friday 6th October 2017

Abstracts to detail- title of presentation, authors (presenting author underlined), department  and summary of presentation for platform/ poster presentation. Abstract  maximum 200 words

Abstracts to be submitted to

The programme for the platform symposium as well as a list of all posters accepted will be available on the website prior to the meeting.

An award will be made each for the best poster and platform presentation. The award will be announced at the conference  dinner on Friday 20th October .

Lead presenter for all posters needs to attend the conference to stand by their posters for poster discussion. Posters will be on display for both days of the conference. Adequate poster display boards will be available (unallocated space so  on a first come first served basis) and trainees are encouraged to have their poster(s) in place  on the morning of Friday 20th October prior to commencement of the meeting.  Poster discussion occurs during all refreshment breaks and for a short period at the end of lunchtime Friday.

The trainee platform presentation symposium is on Friday 20th October (see programme).

A trainee submitting for the Trainee Symposium (poster and platform), and to be eligible for consideration for the trainee award, must be in a recognised training programme.

Time allocated for the platform presentations-tbc when  final number of accepted submissions  is confirmed
